He did a good job with our wall-to-wall carpeting and cleaning our living room sofa cushions and pillows. He offered a stain-resistant application, but we declined. The chemicals used left an unpleasant odor, but Alex opened windows and used ceiling fans for ventilation and to assist with drying. 30 minutes after Alex finished, a roll arose in the carpeting across the downstairs bedroom: we were assured it would lay back down once the carpet dried, which it did. The other issue is that the carpeting feels stiffer and scratchy in places. I had three bedrooms, my sectional couch and my rug cleaned and they did a great job. I have two Bernese mountain dogs who lay on my carpet and their oils did a number on it. I thought it would have to be ripped out after just two years but Interior Care has high quality tools that got it all out! The only reason it's not 5 stars was because they were an hour past their start time and didn't respond to my calls when I was trying to find out where they were.
