I found this family owned business to be very professional starting with courteous telephone conversations and communications and services were given as represented. Jacob was very considerate of me as the homeowner and my home furnishings. He took his time and made sure all my requests for pre-treatment and cleaning of my carpets and furniture were done to my satification. I am a new resident to Bend and had to rely on other customer's recommendations and I certainly concur with those high regards for this company. It's time for spring cleaning and I feel so much better sitting in my home with fresh cleaned carpets and furniture!
